Shipping
Where do you ship?
For now, we sell and ship only to the US. But don't worry — our expansion plans are wagging their tails in the background.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Because paying for shipping is almost as bad as stepping on a squeaky toy at 3 am.
How long will it take?
Every item is made just for you after you order, which means it doesn't ship out instantly. Typical turnaround is 2-6 business days to make your goodies, plus shipping time.
During peak seasons (like December), production and shipping may take a little longer. We suggest you order early if you need a product by a certain date.
Where's my order?
You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order heads out the door. If that doesn't help and you still have questions, let us know.
Returns & Exchanges
What if I change my mind?
Because each item is made just for you, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is in production. Email us ASAP and we'll do our very best to help.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
No. :( Because every piece is made-to-order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. BUT if something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, email us with a photo and we'll do everything in our power to make it right.
How do I make sure I'm ordering the right size?
If you’re ordering apparel, check the size chart included in the product listing before you click “buy.” We’d hate for your new favorite tee to turn into your dog’s chew toy because it didn’t fit you.
Getting in Touch
How do I talk to a human?
Great news! There are real people behind Dog People, and we love to hear from you. You can email us about anything. Our tiny team — AKA Liz, Scout, and Pepper — does its best to answer emails within 1-2 business days. We screen for urgent requests and try to answer those first.
We could be faster, but Liz has to proofread everything Scout and Pepper draft, because their emails usually include not-so-polite requests for extra treats and longer walks.
We live for dog pics (and vids)
Post your pup doing something amazing, looking cute, or showing off one of our products, tag us, and you can expect a treat (the human kind, not kibble). By tagging us, you’re also giving us the okay to share your pup’s star power on our feed. Our socials are all linked at the bottom of the page!
