Double the Doodle, Double the Love: Meet Callie & Rosie

For this week’s Dog of the Week, we get a double feature! This pair of Doodles are as sweet as they are cute.

Some dogs storm into your life and turn everything upside down (for the good or for the chaotic) while others slip right in with quiet charm and good-natured wags until you just can’t imagine your home without them.

Callie and Rosie are two of the latter: a sweet and gentle pair every bit as loving and lovable as they look!

(As someone living with two very dramatic, opinionated, and messy girls myself, talking to Callie and Rosie’s mom was like hearing about mythical creatures — polite, tidy, and perfectly behaved!)

Callie: “Miss Manners”

At twelve years old, Callie has truly earned her nickname, “Miss Manners.” Her family says she’s the most non-aggressive pup they’ve ever met — calm, patient, and polite. Even as a puppy, she never chewed shoes, never made a mess, and was easy to housebreak.

Callie came from a very reputable breeder who used a thorough matching process, including personality assessments for all soon-to-be family members, to make sure Callie was the right match for the family. Clearly, it worked. Callie blended right in and was a perfect match from day one.

Callie’s starting to slow down a bit at her advanced age, but she’s so full of love and sweetness that her family wishes they could keep her around forever.

Rosie: “The Perfect Pup”

Then there’s Rosie — five years old, full of life, and as her mom says, the “perfect dog.” She’s gentle, playful, and always up for a game of fetch. She adores her big sister, loves meeting new dogs, and has that special sparkle that makes people fall in love instantly.

In fact, that’s exactly what happened: her parents saw a photo of Rosie online and knew she was meant to be theirs.

Rosie brings youthful energy into the house, but in true family fashion, she’s every bit as kind and well-mannered as Callie.

Together, these two Doodles are the perfect matching pair, full of fun and sweetness.

Hearing about them was such a treat — and a reminder that every dog has their own version of “perfect” (even those four-legged chaos gremlins that some of us live with).
